Original/Unpublished Article

We only publish original articles (not previously published anywhere else, including on your own site).

Content Quality

Content should be of high quality, fluent English, with no spelling or grammatical errors.

Topics We Cover

We accept content in the topic categories which you will see in our submission form. If you would like to write about another topic, please send us a topic suggestion.

Recommended Length

1200 – 2500 words.


Provide a clear takeaway or learning for readers. Use headings, subheadings and numbered lists/bullets to structure your writing.  We may edit the formatting to improve/enhance user experience and implement website best practices.

Short Paragraphs

Use short paragraphs, no more than 3-4 sentences per paragraph, and short sentences.

First Person

Write in the first person as much as possible i.e. use I, me, you etc.

Linking Out

Include facts, research, sources or personal anecdotes to substantiate your insights, information and arguments with external links.

Internal Linking

Where appropriate, link to other pages and articles on – we reserve the right to add internal links to text during editing.

Unique Angle & Inspirational Tone

Your article should be original and distinct from articles already posted on  With this blog we strive to support, educate, share experiences and inspire our readers so your tone should be personal and where needed, factual & practical.


We encourage authors to include images/videos as part of the submission. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use images/videos and/or any other material from outside sources. If you include images or videos within the article, they must be high quality and come with source citations, only use images/videos for which you have permission or which are in the public domain (and be sure to credit your source).  Please keep file sizes to a minium.  We may compress/resize them during the editing process.

Article Edits

We reserve the right to edit content you submit but this will primarily be done to correct errors or make the content more readable and suitable for our readers.

What We Don’t Want

Please don’t send us press releases or sales pitches.  Product reviews, advertorials, etc. type of content will not be published. Content should be useful and compelling to the reader – not self serving.

Author Bio and Photo

All registrations should be accompanied by an author bio and photo (size: 150×150 px). The author bio should be 40 to 50 words long and may include 1 link to your website’s homepage with a brand name anchor text.  This will be published with all your contributions.  **If you are sharing a personal story, you may want to stay anonymous.  Please check the “Anonymous” checkbox on the registration form to ensure that we keep your bio private.  Please note that we still need you to complete all the fields for administration purposes and to ensure legitimacy and integrity of all contributions.

By submitting an article, you agree that we may use it on our website (with any amendments we deem suitable) and you will not claim for payment or copyright infringement now or in the future.

When the article is published on our website, it is then owned by us and you are not permitted to re-publish the article without our prior written approval.
